"What Does It Take To Be An ICT Student"

There is widespread belief that ICT's can and will empower teachers ad learners, transforming teaching and learning processes from being highly teacher-dominated to student-centered, and that this transformation will result in increased learning gains for students, creating and allowing for opportunities for learners to develop their creativity, problem-solving abilities, informational reasoning skills, and other higher-order thinking skills. However, their are currently very limited, unequivocally compelling data to support this belief.

"My Dream, My Future"

My vision for the future entails many goals that I know I will have to work hard to achieve. I feel that the path to accomplishing my goals will be though hard work within my education. I want to become an architect in the future, because i love scratching what I want to draw on a piece of paper.
I will try my best to achieve my dream in the future.

Change: It Starts With Me

One particular saying that has always struck me as unintelligent is, "people don't change." I believe that although each individual has deep-rooted personality traits, we are not held captive by them. Believing that we can't change encourages us to accept our weaknesses. But then it is much easier to continue a harmful behavior when accountability is placed on an outside force like genetics or an "addictive personality." Truth is that individual and organizations can change but choose not to. reason is change hurts. it makes people insecure, confused and angry. People want things to be the same as they've always been. They hate to relinquish an old training or philosophy  for a new way of thinking. They want to do things the way they are accustomed to because that makes life easier. But if you are a leader, you can't let your people hang on to the past. Leadership is ultimately about changing people's behavior.
